Turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the work, with simpler repairs often completed within two weeks and more intricate restorations requiring additional time.
We also custom‑cut rug pads to any size and install them alongside completed restoration work. No project is too large—whether in quantity or individual dimensions—and none is too difficult. We welcome problem pieces, and no challenge is ever turned away.
Free pick-up and delivery is available within the Washington Metropolitan Area. If you are farther away, we can arrange economical shipping using FedEx or UPS, which will deliver your rugs to us for cleaning and repair. Once they are completed and pass through our exhaustive inspection, they are packaged and shipped back to you. Upon request, rugs can be insured with FedEx or UPS during the round trip transportation.
